A deposit equal to one night of lodging, resort fee, and tax is due at time of booking. Final payment is due upon checkout. There will be an additional daily resort fee of $15 per room, per night, which includes business center use, local phone calls, in room and lobby coffee, local newspaper, in room water, and other services and amenities to enhance your stay.  

Cancellation outside of 21 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit or first night room charge including tax and resort fee less a $30.00 processing fee.
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of deposit.

Note: Late check-out (noon) is available upon request by contacting the front desk.
